The company Forsebäck IT & Euro Intelligence was established in 1995 as a further development of the company Basunen founded in 1992.
The activities of the company have their main focus in business opportunities, user benefits, organisation development and social and economic development related to the use of ICT, Informations & Communications Technology.
The company offers strategic and business consulting in areas such as telework and "telemanagement", distance education, e-commerce, tele medicine, regional development, transport informatics, ICT & sustainability etc.
Other essential parts of the activity consist in strategy development, advising companies and public services as well as lobbying in relation to national and European institutions.
Lennart Forsebäck is also regularly engaged by the European Commission as an expert evaluating ongoing R&D projects as well as calls for proposals of the IST programme.
The company has produced a large number of books, studies and reports as well as essays and articles on various ICT applications such as telework and "telemanagement", e-commerce and regional development. Two other central themes in the production of books and reports are the knowledge economy and sustainability.
The manager of the company, Lennart Forsebäck, annually gives approx. 30 speeches at conferences and seminars in Sweden and internationally.
The company has premises in Stockholm and in Nyköping, 100 kms south of Stockholm.
